Movementality values movement and mindfulness based thinking. It was created out of a passion for health, wellness, and strength for women and out of a lack of credible and individualized resources.
We are a Women’s Health initiative, aimed at improving fitness and well being. We combine physical, psychological, and social strategies to help you feel your best. You will receive up-to-date, evidence-based advice in terms of exercise, nutrition, sleep, and self-care.
Choose from one of five programs, depending on where you are in your prenatal and postnatal journey.
Each program is designed to be 12-27 weeks long and includes one initial assessment and at least five follow-up treatments.
All include a component of strength & mobility

Includes care for those undergoing IVF, support for dealing with infant loss, pelvic floor and posture optimization

Includes support to reduce incontinence; avoid pelvic girdle, low back, and hip pain; minimize diastasis recti; deal with nausea and breathlessness

Includes tips to reduce tearing, advice on birthing positions, recommendations for pushing, self-care strategies post birth

Includes care for vaginal and cesarean births; treatment for incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti; safe return to running; exercise and nutrition recommendations while breastfeeding

Includes treatment for incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti; strategies to build muscle strength; tips to loose body fat; self-care support for a busy mom
