
Lauren is a certified pelvic health physiotherapist, strength and conditioning coach, and prenatal and postnatal coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Western University and a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She has received certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Girls Gone Strong Academy.
She grew up playing competitive sports and played for the women’s varsity soccer team at Western University. She suffered a career-ending ACL injury, but her wonderful team of rehab professionals helped her recover from her reconstruction surgery. She continues to play recreational hockey and volleyball with her teammate and husband, Davis (who is also a physiotherapist and strength coach).
Lauren has always valued fitness, nutrition, and self-care and continues to prioritize these things through weightlifting, cycling, running, rock climbing, downhill skiing, hiking, Pickleball, golf, Pilates, and of course, prayer/meditation.
