“Working with Lauren was truly one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery. From the very first appointment, she made me feel heard, safe, and genuinely cared for. She has such a calm, reassuring presence, and at the same time an incredible depth of knowledge. Lauren supported me through pregnancy and postpartum with so much patience and attention, always explaining everything clearly and adapting the care to what my body needed at each stage. Thanks to her guidance and consistency, my diastasis was fully healed, and I regained strength and confidence in my body in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible. What makes Lauren special is that she doesn’t treat you like “just another patient.” She truly cares, checks in, listens, and celebrates progress with you. I always left sessions feeling empowered and supported. I’m deeply grateful for her care and would recommend Lauren to any woman looking for thoughtful, effective, and compassionate pelvic floor physiotherapy. She makes a real difference."

“I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough! She supported me through both my pre- and postpartum care, and her expertise made an enormous difference in my pregnancy and delivery. I had a 9lb baby and a very eventful birth, yet the team at Mount Sinai Hospital said everything went extremely well given my situation, and I truly believe the work I did with Lauren to prepare my body was a key reason why. Her guidance, care, and knowledge gave me confidence going into labour and made a challenging situation feel manageable. Now postpartum, Lauren continues to be an incredible support as she helps me recover and get “mom strong” while navigating life with a (big!) baby. Her care is thoughtful, empowering, and tailored to real life realities as a new mom. I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional and supportive pre- and post-partum care. Thank you, Lauren!”

"Lauren is an excellent practitioner. After giving birth to my second child, I was feeling pain on one side of my body and struggling to get back into an exercise routine. Lauren helped to diagnose the unevenness in my gait, opportunities to improve my posture, but most importantly she identified weakness in my pelvic floor and core. Through targeted gradual and guided and exercises, I was able to rebuild my strength and actually exceed my pre-pregnancy fitness levels. Lauren also assisted me to sustain exercise routines after experiencing health issues including surgery and injuries. I would highly recommend Lauren for physiotherapy in general, but particularly post partum care."

“I experienced a lot of pelvic pain while I was pregnant and Lauren was so very helpful with her knowledge and skills to help alleviate a lot of my pain. I highly recommend seeing Lauren for any of your needs!”
